BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The beneficiary is coming to the U.S. to engage solely, principally, or incidentally in any activity a purpose of which is the opposition to, or the control or overthrow of, the Government of the U.S.

DETAILS:

1. Alien is inadmissible (under this ground) even if consular or immigration officer only 'knows' or 'has reasonable ground to believe' about the probability of the above activity.

2. Activity a purpose of which is overthrow of the Government of the U.S. neither by force, nor by violence, nor by any other unlawful means is not a ground of inadmissibility.
