BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The beneficiary
is the spouse, son, or daughter of an alien who is or has been an illicit
trafficker or knowing assister, abettor, conspirator, or colluder with
others in the illicit trafficking in any controlled substance.
DETAILS: Alien is inadmissible (under
this ground):

only if the alien has, within the previous 5 years, obtained any financial
or other benefit from the illicit activity of the spouse or parent,
-
only if the alien knew or reasonably should have known that the financial
or other benefit was the product of such illicit activity, and
-
even if consular or immigration officer only 'knows' or 'has reason to
believe' about this illicit activity.
